Ms. Amelia Neacsu<\/a>, Strategic Policy Officer, Policy Division of the European External Action Service of the European Union, will speak to us about the ramifications of the war in Ukraine on global trade and supply chains. Please join us for an interesting discussion of this important topic.<\/p>\n

Having started her career in television journalism, Ms. Amelia Neacsu began working for the European Institutions 25 years ago. For many years, Ms. Neacsu worked as Press Officer for the European Parliament, accompanying the President in his visits abroad, following the EP Plenary sessions and EP Committees conferences on international affairs. Two years ago, Ms. Neacsu joined the diplomatic service of the European Union, EEAS, in the Strategic Policy Planning and Foresight Division. Her main tasks are policy analysis and relations with academic research centres and think-tanks.<\/p>\n

Ms. Neacsu is also a motivated International Relations professor, driven to inspire students to pursue academic and personal excellence. In addition to being an alumnus of UBI\u2019s MBA programme, she has taught in UBI\u2019s bachelor programme for the past five years, consistently striving to create a challenging and engaging academic environment in which students become life-long learners. Ms. Neacsu has a strong academic and professional background in international political affairs, business management, and communications.<\/p>\n
