Keep Dreaming<\/a>\u00a0is a Belgian non-profit organisation that aims to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Their mission is to bring together talents of non-European origin and companies that value diversity and are committed to fighting discrimination. Keep Dreaming achieves this by facilitating communication between candidates and employers through a platform where they can engage in meaningful conversations beyond traditional resume reviews. Keep Dreaming also offers workshops, training programs, and community projects to strengthen the potential and capacities of talents while providing personalised support and strategic partnership proposals to companies.<\/p>\n

The organisation\u2019s aim with You BELong Project is to create a space of trust and communication between candidates and partner companies.
